How do I dilute my qRTPCR primers?

We re-suspend the primer first to a 100 uM/L concentration. This can be done be finding the MW weight on the tube (usually in nM and multiplying by 10 to find the amount of uL to add) for example 29.1 nM primer is diluted in 291 uL water. Be sure to spin the primer down with the short spin button on the centrifuge.
