(OD260) X (50 ug/mL) X (Dilution Factor) = DNA concentration (ug/mL)
Dilution Factor= Is the amount of TAE the DNA was diluted in for reading on the spec. Example 1ug DNA in 20ul TAE is a dilution factor of 20.
